TOTAL BODY

Exercise your  muscles individually  using weights,  bars and ***(rubber bands).  Use the weight of your body through power exercises to firm up the upper and lower part of the body and strengthen your muscular system. Ideal for everyone.

TOTAL PUMP

An exercise program with bars  which aims at toning the whole muscular system. Strengthen your muscles through a series of excercises. The emphasis is given at having fun and producing sweat.

FIGHT FOR FITNESS

FIT BALL

A combination of strength and stability exercises. You train the *** (rectum) and oblique abdominals using the flexible fitness balls of Pilates. Along with music Fit Ball strengthens and works out the stabilizer muscles of the torso.

DANCE STRETCHING
